Happy New Year! Sleep is becoming somewhat elusive. I was up at 3:00 am and could not get back to sleep. I may crash later today but I am enjoying the building excitement.
Our travel agent came over yesterday afternoon and brought a bottle of bubbly. She had been away when the cruise ticket package arrived so she did not get to see it. Her son came with her and he took a lovely picture of her and Myster and me with the cruise ticket package and glasses of bubbly. She also brought some neat little gifts for us. A change purse sporting a Canadian flag, a shopping bag that folds into the size of a playing card, a lovely bookmark and a travel journal with 8 continent maps on which you can scratch off the places you visit.
Today will be all about charging the batteries on the various pieces of electronics which will travel with us. Tick!
And the ticking off of items on the to do list continues.....
