We had a leisurely breakfast in The Restaurant and then went to the pool deck while our suite was being cleaned.
I spent some time on our balcony spraying a couple of pairs of pants, tops, and pairs of socks for Myster and me with Permethrin (an insect repellent) to keep mosquitoes away on some of the next ports.
At 11:15 am we attended a cooking demonstration by Executive Chef Anne-Mari Cornelius. She made and we sampled Mezze: Babaganush and Hummus and Stuffed Bell Peppers with Garlic and Peppered Cream Cheese. She also made Coffee and Honey Rubbed Venison Tenderloin with Peanut Butter Dust. No tasting for that though.
We did another 9 laps around the jogging track - a little slower this time at 16.5 minutes. It was very hot up there on deck 9!
We had a light lunch on the pool deck. More people there today.
This afternoon we will attend a destination lecture by Jon Fleming on Sandakan - Gateway to Borneo's Incredible Natural Treasures.
Tonight we will dine with Lynne Truss - one of the lecturers on this segment of the World Cruise.
Tomorrow is day one of our two day visit to Bali.....
