We are scheduled to dock in Dubai, U.A.E. at 6:00 pm this evening so most of the day was at sea.
We have enjoyed the last few sea days giving us a chance to recover from the stress of 7 flights over the last 3 weeks. Airport security, luggage check-in, early morning flights have all taken their toll and the ease of sea days is much appreciated.
Myster attended a lecture at 10:30 am by Ernest Rea entitled "Iran: From the Shah to the Ayatollahs". He quite enjoyed it. He joined me on the pool deck afterwards for a delicious lunch. Weather was perfect! Warm but not oppressively hot, beautiful blue skies and gentle breezes.
Tonight we will dine with a lovely couple of our fellow World Cruise passengers in La Terrazza.
Tomorrow is Dubai...
