We tried to call the Director of Guest Relations again this morning about the ship ahead luggage pick up failure yesterday. He wasn't available. We called the main number and the agent tried unsuccessfully to reach him and then sent him an email. The poor man was probably up to his ass in alligators. Long story short, he just called after being on the phone with FedEx over a number of problems. We are scheduled for a pick up today between 1:30 and 4:30 pm. With any luck they will actually show up this time! Here's hoping!
